  • Yes. The ModernXMark® app works exclusively on an iPad. After a user has downloaded the app and fulfilled the requirements (to set-up the account), they will be able to access the ModernXMark® Website dashboard platform from all devices. (Including: desktop and tablet.)
  • Visit the site dashboard.modernxmark.com and enter the needed credentials
  • Electronic signature law in Canada uses an open model. This means that any e-signatures are legally binding unless the contrary was proven.  (Not all documents, however, may qualify for the use of electronic signatures.  Users are encouraged to ensure that laws pertaining to Electronic Commerce are followed)
  • A digital signature is cryptographically secure and verifies that someone with a private signing key has seen the document and authorized it. An electronic signature is an image of your signature overlaid on top of a PDF document.
You can sign any document in the signature field with the iPad stylus pen.
If you require immediate assistance, please contact our customer support team. Always ensure that you download copies of your documents in case of loss/misplacement.
There are currently no storage limits for any ModernXMark® accounts.

We store Law Firm name and transaction identification verification information.  Also refer to Terms and Conditions.

ModernXMark® currently supports English language.

Yes, documents can be edited.

All documents are secured on an AWS server, with the highest security protocols in place to protect your sensitive information.

Yes, once a subscriber (Business) is created, users (Staff) within that subscriber can access documents and transactions created.

Yes. It is always recommended to create offline backups of all your documents and store them in a secure location.

Documents on the ModernXMark platform will be deleted.
